In February 2022, I found a charge for $12.49 on my debit card. I called the number associated with the company making the charge, told them I had not signed up for whatever it was, they apologized and refunded the money. Two months later, the charges started again. I didn't catch it till this month, June. I called on June 13, they apologized, refunded just one charge of $12.49, and later the same day, charged me again. So, how do I stop this? I am beyond frustrated.
