This is not my purchase. I have reported it to the card co. Someone at BB online is making fraudulent purchases using my card.

dont know my visa was debited $509.30 us dollars i live in new zealand and did not buy any goods from u my bank ANZ new zealand stopped my credit card so the payment didnt go through can u check up please who purchased whatever with my card the only number i have is 00009944 on the date of 13 jan 2014 thanks for your time cheers piwi brun

This happened to me and BestBuy cannot find the charge/transaction anywhere!! My card company can't do anything about it until the payment posts to my account and funds are withdrawn. Any help that you can provide, would be greatly appreciated.

We had the same thing on 6/14/2013 an 6/19/2013. We shut down our credit card and filed internet crime report.
