Wow! I wish I would've read the bad reviews for BeautyClub.net before purchasing the eye cream (which doesn't work) thru Living Social for $24. I too was charged their regular price of $65.00, and e-mailed them 2X to let them know. After the first time, they did respond and apologize to say that I would receive a refund in 7-10 days. Well after 10 days when I still hadn't received my refund, here's what they told me: "Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately I am going to have to ask you to dispute this charge with your bank as we are no longer using the Merchant with whom your charge went through and I no longer have access to those charges." What a bunch of BS!!!

I had purchased a voucher for Beauty Club.net for face cream through Living Social for $20.00. I went in to claim my voucher using the coupon order # Living Social provided to me. I had to provide my visa to pay for shipping and handling, upon doing so, I later checked for confirmation and there was none, so I reordered using the same voucher #. When I checked my checking , I had been billed not only for the shipping and handling, but also the full amount of $69.95, not voucher amount (which had already been paid) to my checking account. I immediately called Beauty Club.net.( mind you, it took 2 hours to finally get thru) The representative informed me she had cancelled the order and my original order using the Living Social voucher would be applied and my product would be sent to me. The following day I went into my Checking online and not only did I still have the charges that were to be cacelled, but I had a second charge of $69.95. I called again to be on the phone for too much time, and the representative said they would again credit my account and that they would have someone from the claims dept call me within 48 hours to confirm. It has been a week, no credits of any kind to my checking or a return call. This is over $140.00 in charges that should have been $6.95 for shipping and handling. I purchased GroHair products, shampoo, conditioner and vitamins, that were advertised on TV. I was talked into buying a larger quantity at a reduced price. These products were distributed thru beautyclub.net. When I received the box, I called the number on one of the bottles and left a message telling them that the liquids had leaked and noted how poorly packaged the products were. They should have been bubble wrapped and taped. I also emailed letting them know I wanted to return for a replacement. I never heard back from the company. I decided to start using the products and noticed I was losing hair strands and after the 3rd usage, my hair was coming out in hand fulls, felt like it was more like melting off my head. I called my credit card company and I am now disputing the charge. I have to either get a statement from my salon stylist telling of the damage or go see a DR. Plus send a copy of my invoice. I called the number on the bottle and the number had been disabled and the website no longer worked as well. When I talked to a rep with beautyclub.net, she told me I had 14 days to return, so therefore there was nothing she could do for me. I ordered form a TV commercial, so therefore didn't know about the return policy. The lady I talked to made no mention of it. Actually, I did try to return the product due to the leakage.

I placed an order for £20.27 on 18 Aug but they took £28.95 out of my account. I never received my order either. There is no way to get my money back because they dont reply to emails or answer the phone

Do not ever buy from beautyclub.net. their price is twice more expensive than retailers, and they ship you the fake products.

Same thing happened to me. They said i placed an order and i did not. Even if i had gone to this website i would not have bought something that cost $124.50 if i had never used the product before. also never received an email confirmation of any sort, so i know i did not purchase something. i was researching the product from other sites, but i know I NEVER HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON TO CONFIRM A PURCHASE. They had my credit card #, my name, my address. Almost like that info was cached from making another online purchase somewhere else. BUYERS BEWARE! I called to get a refund but it has not cleared my bank account yet.

I ordered three products from Beautyclub.net and the card I used was charged the day of my purchase, however the products have now taken over a month to even get into their warehouse, or so the girl said on the phone. I have emailed the email address from the website twice, and I called them and got the runaround by some young girl who couldn't tell me where my order was, nor could she get me a refund. She said she had to talk to her manager. Never called me back, never gave me another number or name to speak to.

order placed on 5/31 -- still hadnt shipped a month later on 6/30. Refund was requestd by email and by phone. Never received email response, was told on phone that only the corporate office can process a refund, but that there is no way to contact the corporate office! They will not process my refund, and I never received the products I paid for.

i have had the same issue. This website is TERRIBLE and their customer service is even worse! Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order from BeautyClub.net!! BEWARE: I ORDERED FROM THIS WEBSITE, NEVER GOT MY PRODUCTS, AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME REFUND EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED A REFUND SEVERAL TIMES, AND NEVER GOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!! ITS A TOTAL SCAM AND THE WORST RUN COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

I have the same issue, except in my case I can't get anyone to answer my voicemails or emails. I've contacted Livingsocial and will be asking them for a refund. I've also contacted my credit card company for non-receipt of goods. Good luck people!

cool....so I am having more friends here..I ordered on 30th may and my order is still processing. I called them three times and they always say that order will ship at the end of the week. I have no clue what to do next? Livingsocial should not post offers from such sites.

contact Living Social, they will refund you or give you your deal bucks back. Also contact your credit card company and stop payment or request a refund. You should also file a complaint with the better busines bureau. This website is a scam!

I'm in the same boat! Beautyclub.net processed my order, charged my card, and then two weeks later my purchase was still "processing".... I emailed them 3 different times, and then called and the girl I spoke too was clueless! She said only her manager can refund my money, and left it at that. No idea what the heck to do from here, I'm so pissed. If livingsocial can't fix all of this they will definitely lose me as a customer.

you should definitely contact Living Social and get a refund. if you paid extra on top of the voucher at beautyclub.net, then call your credit card company and stop payment or request a refund. I also encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am so pissed becuase i got scammed by this website too!

Oh wow ME TOO. I bought some items over month ago - and am STILL waiting for one item - every time i call them they tell me that the item came in yesterday and it will be shipped out tomorrow...Also they over charged me on the order and sent me an email dated 5/31 saying that the money would be refunded within 5 to 7 business days - it is now 6/28 and still nothing. I have called them over 5 times and each time was told it that the refund was being processed and that the money will be refunded... It seems like a scam - I first heard about them from Groupon (and I will be writing to them too!) I for one will NOT be ordering from them again and will ensure that I tell my friends not to also

Same here! I purchased it from living social. After having contacted beautyclub 3 times via email with no response, I just now wrote to living social to see if they can rectify the situation. I think you two should do the same. They need to know that they are selling vouchers for a scam of a website.

Beware. I got a voucher, placed an order and after 2 month it still in a process and it may take another 3-4 week (based on the phone conversations). My email were ignored, each time I tried to call the answer was the same - wait, it will be soon.
