I ordered supplement last year , but I couldn't receive supplement. I sent e-mail to the customer center that I didn't receive supplement .
The customer center said, " We don't receive your order."
I thought I couldn't nicely order it. However, why I have to pay bill ($19.95 monthly ) for one year.
I don't receive anything from shop.
If I become membership, I want to cancel membership , and then I want to refund.

Like everyone else posting on the BillGuard website about Nuvalife I found recurring charges of $19.95. It's obvious that these recurring charges were not authorized. My charges are on my Amex Gold card. If I don't receive a full credit for all monthly 'subscription charges' where no services were received I'm going to ask Amex to fight this AND I'm going to blog and post wherever I can to warn others this scam. I'm an SEO expert, I own a few fitness / wellness related websites, and part time web publisher and plan to spread the word like a virus unless Nuvalife steps up and does the right thing. - Chris

I have had repeatedly been charged on my card. I did not knowingly join anything. I receive no goods or services for this charge. Please remove my name and billing information from your records and return the money you have removed from my account.

I purchased one item Ffor $16.82 without signing for their membership and since that time the company charged $139.30. $9.95 every month. At first I thought that was my son's life fitness center membership. I contact the company and they refuse to refund my money, Now I am the process to file complain against the company. Even their product is useless.

I did purchase a product on 11/23/2012 for $ 19.95. I only now realized that the same amount has been charged to my AMEX account w/o authorization on12/23/2012 and 01/23/2013. According to other complaints I am obviously not the only one. This should be brought to the attention of the legal system! Pl. assist me to stop the charges and to get reimbursed for $ 39.90. Thank you.
