I just got an itunes account today, tried my pre paid debit card for the payment details needed wouldn't accept it so I put my normal card details on, went on my bank before and there is a charge for £1.58 for ITUNES.COM/BILL/ ITUNES.COM LU I haven't purchased anything, I am wondering if it is to check that my account is active and that is why my prepaid card didn't work as there is no money on it. Not sure, I will contact my bank in the morning.

Hi NOT SURE WHY MY ACCOUNT AS A CHARGED OF £13.67 AS I AM 60 YEARS OF AGE AND I DO USE ITUNES PLEASE REPLY ASAP IT WAS ON THE 12TH OF NOVEMBER 2016 ??????????

I've had 14 iTunes.com LU and Amazon.com LU transactions on my account from 1 Sept to 19 Sept for circa £500.00. I have been to the bank and the bank is refunding the total amount. My debit card has been hacked.

Looked at my banking online only to get a whopping shock that monies have been taken out of my account! I do not even have an ITunes account. Shows up as itunes.com lu Informed my bank, being investigated. Hopefully I get my money back ????

I have just found 6 different amounts of money that have been taken from my account from ITUNES.COM LU/BILLS when my debit card was never even registered to my AppleID. I have checked all my purchase history and the bills i received for previous purchases and not a single one of these that are on my bank statement have turned up there. If anyone can tell me what is going on and get it sorted I would be most appreciated.

From March to July every first day of the month debit $63 from my bank account. I want to know which program that I had purchase .I want to stop that and not to pay anymore I look forward to your reply thanks

I got a call from my bank a few hours ago saying I had to pay my bill immediately ($857.12). They emailed my bill to me and I saw 11 entries in one month- ITUNES.COM LU- which I have never used! One purchase reached USD132.97! It all started when I started using an iphone, having used my credit card to purchase it. Could this have been the source of my problem?

I have 2 charges from ITunes charged to my debit card I have No idea what or why. One is for $40.02 dated 1-5-16 The next is for $25.96 dated 1-4-16

Apple is not safe at all don't store your debt or credit card to your apple account , if you store your card then first you will be changed for £1.58 but straight after that if you use your card in any shop for example if you buy a drink for £1 then apple will charges you same time £7 so you will keep loosing money if you call apple about the money you've been changed by iTunes.com/lu then the apple will deny about all the charges, iTunes took £300 in month from my account. Apple is not safe be awear

A transaction of £9.99 was taken from my account on the 11th Nov 2015. I have no idea what this was for and who purchased what! Seriously annoyed! Can anyone help with this problem please? Thank you.

Transaction showed up on my credit card account today: APPLE ONLINE STORE GBP-Merchandise-$1.55 Bank's fraud detection system kicked into action, and a rep told me over the phone that somebody was using my card number in Ireland to purchase hundreds of USD worth of merchandise. Card was cancelled and a new one is being issued.

Stupid.. I try to apply for a 3 month free trial, no payments until the end of 3 months, end up paying £1.58 to this rubbish when I haven't bought anything.. Something needs to me sorted.

In My Father's month of april 2015 billing statement , there are SEVEN (7) TRANSACTIONS FOR THESE AMOUNTING UP TO ALMOST $250 !!! WE DIDNT EVEN MAKE A SINGLE PURCHASE FOR THESE. how can we get rid of this, and to whom should we report it and can we have it removed?? please help.,., thank you!

Today my prepaid credit card as been charged by a PAGAMENTO ON LINE 19/10/2014 20.07 ITUNES.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM LU N. 630545 I don't use it and it is not combined with any on-line payment system. If you know more please write.
