I know with the purchase of my Jeep I got 6 months of "free" iTunes music. I never used and forgot. I just noticed on my Discover bill a pending charge dated for the 7th. I immediately cancelled the subscription but you are so nicely providing me another month at 9.99. I don't want, never wanted, and want my refund.

I am being billed twice a month, 5 days apart for $9.99 for nearly a year. I have never put any music on my iPhone or iPad or desktop. Ever. I do not put apps on my phone either. Ever. I bought a TB because my devices, even though paired, were out of storage, on my iCloud, my voicemails, etc., forcing me to 'manage my storage' which to me means discard my precious memories of photos or unique voicemails to me. All in a mere matter of months of purchasing a TB. I demand an explanation as to why I call the number, 866-712-7753 which is posted everywhere on this site and on my bill, I get directed to this site, which still shows the false number to reach you concerning issues with your services. Or lack of services. This is a joke and my next calls will be to the BBB and the Fraud Dept. Do NOT doubt me. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours, it's ON! And I don't lose!

Today I got 5 (!!!) transactions with this title for about $150. Totally anauthorized, I do not have anything of Apple. WIll try to resolve this mess tomorrow.

I have been charged $1.05 to my checking account that I personally had not done. Since I could not get into my order history I would like to know the name of the purchase and a receipt showing name of purchase. Thank you.

A transaction of $11.99 was made on 3/31/16. Merchant Category: Record Store Merchant Location: Phone # 866-712-7753 CA I have not placed an order in 2016. I don't even know how to make purchases on iTune. The last time I tried in early 2015 I bought something I did not like and didn't know I had made a purchase. So, I don't even get on iTunes, until I learn what to do (from my grandchildren).

2/25/16 had 2 charges one for 5.36, another for 7.99 same day. On 2/29/16 had another charge from my account for 32.23. Also 3/9/16 charge for 10.74. Please tell me what these charges are for as I didn't authorize any of these.!!

$9.99 is the amount on my debit account and I have never purchased anything from ITunes.

You do realize that Apple/iTunes is not reading your request on this page, right? This is a forum for other consumers to answer your questions or learn about fraudulent charges. You probably just need to contact iTunes, stop purchasing apps, or close your iTunes account.
