A charge for $127.18 was charged to my account without my authorization please credit my account.

Sir. I would like to request at least an invoice or anything in relivant to what , and where did this amount of money charged to .. Total of $101.26 that was debited to my visa check card account navy federal credit union on February 11, 2016. Please have this transaction be reviewed , for I never had an order with this total amount ..nor even made a purchase of this amount. And I absolutely want my money back . thank you , and habe it replied A S A P.

Found entry in bank statement showing a supposed purchase 11/09/15 for $23.38. Contacted Amazon to find original invoice/order form. Never made such a purchase. Not even close to things I might be interested in. Told I had to wait until the transaction cleared my bank and then could file a complaint. Well, it has cleared now, and I will attempt recovery. Seeing all the other complaints of the same nature over the past few years makes it quite clear to me with whom I will do business in the future. Certainly not Amazon.

I ordered 2 books and only received 1 when will I get my other book? the name of the book is THE WITNESS by Nora Roberts I ordered 2 of the same book for a present to 2 girls.
