This charge claims I made a purchase on 10/16/21 for something that was 29.99 - I made no such purchase and have contacted my credit card company to dispute this. They investigated and said their investigation found that I did purchase something, yet were not able to tell me what it was I purchased. I DID NOT purchase anything from "alternative TV or Americanads.Cca. I have no clue what it is that I am even supposed to have purchased. They said it would have been off ROKU, Prime, or some other streaming service. If I would have ordered anything off Prime (which we do have) there would have been an Amazon logo on the statement as there is with any other purchase I make from Amazon. They then added the charge back on and I called them back and DISPUTED it again, and did get my money back. I have been with my credit card company for a long time. I told her it is only $29.99, but it is my $29.99 and no one seems to be able to tell me what I was supposed to have purchased. I checked email and I have NO receipts for that amount either. The gal that was the head of fraud, got on the phone with me and reversed the charge to my account and was very nice. I was satisfied. I told them to look online. I am not the only person this has happened to.
