On Friday, September 8, I had 2 charges on my personal debit card. I contacted Adobe Systems (as listed on my online bank statement). They opened a case and refunded one of the charges and advised that the other charge was just a hold and would be released within 72 hours. "To protect the privacy of their customer", they would not tell me who made the charge, but would tell me the first three letters of the first name. They also would not tell me the email address that was used on the transaction, to protect their customer's privacy. Today I had 5 more charges. I contacted my bank directly and opened a fraud case. Because the money is being held as a hold, the bank cannot refund until it goes into a debit. Meanwhile, I have bills to pay and Adobe is protecting the privacy of their thieving customers.

Adobe Acropro Subs 800-833-6687 CA is a 3rd part scam, it's not from Adobe. I had been charged $26.96 for years (with different credit card numbers) before I noticed it. Logged into my Adobe account and verified I had no subscriptions and talked with customer support who stated the same. Contacted Bank of America and reported it. They granted a temp refund and put a block on the vender. Later got a response from the BofA fraud dept denying claim based on evidence that my billing address had been verified on the charge. I'm in the process of appealing. Calling 800-833-6687 only results in a voice message that sounds like Adobe customer service, but isn't. A reverse phone number search indicates that it is from 33 Douglas Rd E., Oldsmar, FL 34677-2922. That address shows up as a business with multiple businesses, (Kelby Media Group, Kelby Training, National Asso of Photoshop Professionals, Matt, and Mac Design Magazine). Some of their phone numbers are the same. scamcreditcard.com identifies this scam as coming from Myanmar (Burma, SE Asia), with a reference number of 16881. Anyone live near Oldsmar FL and want to check things out for the police?

I also noticed a PENDING charge of $21.39 on my credit card so I called the number shown 800-833-6687. Some guy, possibly from India, answered & told me it was for an educational version of Adobe Creative Cloud. I explained to him I've NEVER used this program & never signed up for it. He told me it's for a year subscription paid monthly at $21.39. AGAIN, I told him I've NEVER SIGNED UP NOR USED this program!!! I told him if he's able to look for any activity on the account he'd see I've NEVER used it. He said it was activated in Sept 2017. I was very persistent and he FINALLY said he'd credit back a month...A MONTH for something I never asked for?!? I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. ANOTHER Indian man got on the phone & I kept on until he said he'd credit me 2 MONTHS! I told him it's not right to charge someone for a service they never asked for. He said he'll have to check with "higher-ups" to see about giving any more credits. I told him I'd be reporting these business practices to someone. They're also cancelling my subscription THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR!!! How BIG of them, pfftt! I looked up the Adobe Systems Corporate Office info (Olga Sue also suggested the info I found) and agree with Olga Sue that you should call the Corporate Office directly to complain. I will be calling them myself to complain about this "questionable" practice. Good luck to everyone!

I have been charged $9.99 for an Adobe System charge but I changed my billing info early last month and I have no receipt for this charge. I'm worried that I have been getting charge 9.99 every month as fraud, while thinking it was my photoshop charge.

Talked to Adobe and this is not their charge. It is most certainly a scam by a third party and of course they can not be reached. The phone number is not answered. ADOBE *ACROPRO SUBS 800-833-6687 CA It appears the only way to get rid of them is to eliminate &/or change the credit card they are making the charge to.

25.96 charged to my account. I know the time of charge my card was not anywhere near my computer to give your company. I canceled my card so your can't steal more. If anyone ever canceled a near transaction they are trying to process anyway just by once upon a time of having card information or part of card information. Several websites say ADOBE but are different ADOBE named products and its uses at each location it is posted.

I just reported this to my bank as fraud! They've taken $25.91 from my account and I didn't have a clue as to why, since I did no business with them. I thought Adobe was a reputable company, but not anymore! I had to have my card stopped and now have to stop by the bank after work to pick up a new one. It will take at least 10 business days for the money to appear back on my account, according to the representative. All of this inconvenience! I could smack someone.
