I have been charged so many times. Every time I have tried to cancel they tell me to cancel through Apple. Adobe charges me separately though. I have been getting double charged for months. Calling customer service they don’t even do anything after reporting it. I ask to speak to a manager and the person says there isn’t a manager working.
Saying they can’t transfer me because they are home during the pandemic and don’t know how…. It is a scam and I have to block my Bank account account.
