4 payments have been taken from my account fraudulently where I have had no dealings with your company at all- refund these charges immediately! here are the details on my credit card:- 10 Sep 15, FFNHELP.COM*ADULTFRIEN 4087021033 GBR my reference is 70396000010089177, amount is for £15.00 10 Oct 15 FFNHELP.COM* 4087021033 GBR, my reference is- 50922000010033684 for amount £19.94 10 Nov 15 FFNHELP.COM* 4087021033 GBR, my reference is 60410000010031526 for amount £19.93 10 Dec 15 FFNHELP.COM*ADULTFRIEN 4087021033 GBR, my reference is 50417000010042475 for the amount of £19.75, and also connected to this payment in December was a NON-STERLING TRANSACTION FEE- 417000010042475 for £0.58 I want all of this refunded and have reported this to my bank, as not only have these unauthorized payments been taken as I have never dealt with or registered with your company, but i've also had over-limit charges in December for £12.00 and extra interest on my credit card which I also want credited back, I expect a response within the next 24 hours
