Called for information about a Hampton Bay ceiling fan. Got a $5 charge for the call against my credit card. 10 days later, a second charge of $37 is submitted on my credit card - which is a mystery. My credit union sent a message requesting confirmation of this charge, and I have blocked my card, now, and disputed the charge. Gotta get another card.
