I never signed up for this plan. Even if I had signed up for it, I never got an email confirming this plan signup or anything. A credit card was required at sign up to purchase stamps, not to sign up for a plan.
They never advertized or wrote in a clear way that it's only one month free service. Finally, when I picked up on it, they refunded the money for May but didn't wan to refund the other months.
When you sign up they tell you they want a credit card info just to verify your address, then a month later they start charging you, whether you ordered something or not.
