I have not had a skype account for many, many, many years and received a transaction on my bank account for a service I have not used for at least a decade. Please refund these funds.

I just found out today when I look at my online statement that this company has been charging me for 5-6 months approximately $20 monthly for the service that I never used. I've contacted them through online trying to stop charging me with no success. I will call my bank and file a complaint. What is your advice ? thank you.

been charged by said addressee and it appears that it is an on going debit to my card.Can find only one solution and that is to cancel said card.

my account has been charged $10.00,it is afraudulent one. I have a skype account,but it is not listed in the skype payment history. I am mad too.

Two weeks back I got charged $16.68 by "SKYPE COMMUNICATIO LUXEMBOURG LUX " , looks like its a fraudulent one, I have complained to bank and cancelled the credit card today. By the way I have Skype account but it's not listed in the Skype's payment history.

Hello my namenis odalys labrada a year ago I opened a skype account with you and I could not have used it every you see that I try to csll they say to me that I have to pay, now returned to collectin my account $101.88 I need to cancel that account and give me back $203.76 because you know that I'm not using that account and I'm being charged if they do not return that money, the bank is goin to take my measures legakes because that here i called scam or fraude I hope your answer me. Thanks.

I have had an unauthorized debit from my credit card for $24.00 with the same name as the above: SKYPE COMMUNICATIO LUXEMBOURG I do have a skype authorized debit on my card but this one it not it.
