I have been trying to discontinue your service. I do not need it. I want itune's to stop billing me immediately!!! Your phone number is worthless and instructs to the web site which is worthless as well. There is a $10.94 amount deducted from my bank statement monthly. Cancel whatever this is for. I did not authorize this charge and I am going to call my bank to have it taken off and any future charges from Apple ITunes.
