I am a person lives in Hong Kong. I received the notifications of 2 unauthorised transactions made by AMAZON.IT and Amazon *Mktplce EU-IT respectively this early morning 30 May 2019, 4 am Hong Kong Time. The "contact" function in the Amazon.IT required a login, but I am not a Amazon user. I finally got an email address and luckily got a reply also. But i was advised to make a international phone call to the Transaction Verification Department. That is ridiculous, the international call would cost me much more than the money being cheated. Anyone here can give me advice?

Same in Hong Kong, I got sms from my bank at around 7:30pm on 30 May 2019. 39 euro has been charged by "Amazon Mktplce EU-I", I'm an inactive amazon US user. I once added credit card to my account but removed quite some time, so I think my card is still in there database. I just directly reported to my bank as being fraud charge.

Same as u. I ‘ve checked my credit card payment today. And just noticed that I got two unauthorised transactions from Amazon. The ref showed as : Amazon *Mktplce EU-IT 800-279-6620 LU. I feel scared because I never had an account in Amazon and also so called Amazon market... why this happened and I will try to contact Amazon and the bank (Bea) tomorrow. Somehow, I think is a fraud.

I have noticed that two unauthorized transactions for EUR18.85 and EUR31.80 have been removed from my credit card account. I have checked my Amazon.com account and there are no outstanding orders and there is nothing there in the recent order for EUR. Therefore, I have reported the matter to my bank.

la stessa cosa anche a me.2 addebiti di 13.99 e di 10.29 . e hanno tentato di addebitarmi altri 35 euro ma non e andato a buon fine perche non c era una minchia.lo stesso giorno.mi hanno detto che c erano 2 account con la mi stessa carta.dopo aver letto tutto.e una bugia.sono loro.attendo la loro risp.tramite email.poi blocco la mia carta.e segnalo tutto.qualcuno a poi risolto?grazie

Ho avuto comunicazione dalla mia banca di aver autorizzato l'utilizzo della mia carta per EUR 712,52 per Amazon Mktplce EU-IT. Ho chiamato Amazon.it dove non risultano ordini dal mio account e non ci sono ordini in sospeso.

Dalla mia carta sono stati prelevati € 18.90 da Amazon *mktplce eu-it 800-279-6620 e poi ancora € 85.85 Amazon Italy Retail www.Amazon.it (LU) per un totale di € 104,75 senza che io abbia acquistato o autorizzato tale pagamento. Si tratta di una truffa che persiste, malgrado le denunce, da troppo tempo. Cosa fare?

Anche io lo stesso problema.... mi hanno addebitato direttamente sulla carta di credito un importo di 17,57 euro da Amazon *Mktplce EU-IT 800-279-6620 LUX... Dopo circa un ora dalla ricezione dell'SMS della banca che mi notifica i movimenti sulla mia carta, mi arriva una email da Amazon.co.uk, nella quale vengo informato che a seguito di una loro verifica di routine, la mia carta di credito risulta essere associata a due differenti account, e se nel caso non fossi io il titolare di uno dei due account, allora di procedere subito al blocco della carta di credito. Cosa che ho fatto prontamente, ma cmq, non mi hanno restituito l'importo prelevato. Avrei dovuto fare denuncia alla polizia ecc.... Non so esattamente di cosa si tratta, ma di sicuro bisogna stare attenti!

Ho fatto un acquisto di €5.69 su Amazon e stranamente mi hanno "tolto" €9.70. Come Mai? È stato un errore vostro perché stando bene ai calcoli l'articolo da me ordinato era in totale di €5.69.

Ho notato che una transazione unauthoized per EUR19.57*Mktplce EU-IT 800-279-6620 LU è stato rimosso dal mio conto. Ho controllato il mio conto Amazon.co.it e non ci sono ordini in corso e non c'è niente là nel recente ordine per EUR. Pertanto, ho segnalato la questione alla mia banca che ora ne occupa come frode e coinvolge la polizia. Amazon per me è un capitolo chiuso per sempre.

Sulla mia carta di credito mi sono stati addebitati 05/03/2017 14.43 Amazon *Mktplce EU-IT 800-279-6620 LUX N. 655356, la cosa gravissima è che non vi è stata nessuna autorizzazione e come sia stato possibile accedere alla mia carta. Rimborsatemi immediatamente, altrimenti mi vedrò costretto a rivolgermi alle autorità competenti denunciando il furto, perchè di FURTO trattasi. Desidererei avere una risposta.

Rimborsatemi immediatamente, altrimenti mi vedrò costretto a rivolgermi alle autorità competenti denunciando il furto, perchè di FURTO trattasi. Desidererei avere una risposta.
