A $49. fee was charged on my account which was not authorized.

I have been on hold for 56 minutes to get this 64.95 charge reversed and i'm still on hold. At least they are playing good classic rock while i'm holding... I emailed support twice and they said I had to call to reverse the charge. They had no issue charging my card through the internet, I don't understand why they cannot reverse it. I am so incredibly disappointed in this company and the sneakiness. I think it stinks that you have to "uncheck" if you DON'T want to be a member after a million other check marks for magazines and other crap. I will never used Active again. I am giving them 5 more minutes, then contacting my bank directly.

I registered for a charity funding race, I am certain that I did not choose any other options, in fact, I redid my entire registration when checking out after having seen several "unauthorized" fees added on at the end right before I was to enter my credit card information! I will be calling first thing in the morning to file a complaint.

My name is Jodie Stancato. I received an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE to my personal credit card on May 5 in the amount of $64.95. This is a disgrace and should be illegal. I have filed a dispute with my credit card provider and require that you credit my account immediately. If this issue cannot be resolved with the next 48 hours I will pursue further action. For the record - you are ONLY authorized to use my personal contact information to resolve this dispute and provide confirmation when complete. You are not authorized to use my contact information or credit card information to make additional charges and my not provide the same to any other partner/3rd party marketing affiliate or other purpose.
