I was charged for 2 calls that were disconnected after the charges had been processed. I would like a refund for both calls

I got charged from my account $13.19 for a 1TEL.COM TRANSACTION and then a $1.80 per call fee. I have no call history of people that I don't talk to on a daily bases and I'm wondering why I got charged for something I didn't do.

I was told this is a third pay now company when you do not have an account with securustech. I was told I will receive 20 minutes of talk time but when my loved one called back it didn't mention nothing about the payment I had already paid for. But it asked me to pay an additional 9.95 dollars along with my payment. I want to refunded my balance from the 14.99 payment or the balance be forwarded to my secures account. I feel cheated out of my money I can not afford to be wasted. Thank you please fix this for I will have problem contacting BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU).
