I just got a 9$ charge from the VCN*LACOUNTY. I ordered my Birth Certificate. Got standard shipping and paid 37$ already. What is this charge? Why is it being charged over a month later?

I ORDERED 2 DEATH CERTIFICATIONS FROM A COMPANY NAMED: 01/25/2019) "U S VitalRecords.org". They charged my credit card $274.00 , Online processing Fee: (what ever in hell this ???) $250.00 , Rush Processing: $24.00 (it is now 2/27/19...what is this RUSH????). The long 2 step instructions process states to contact VCN CA VITALS. Somehow, I got hooked up with a company, VitalChek , a LexisNexis Company. This company charges to obtain Death Certs, I told them I alsready paid "US VitalRecords" $274.00. VitalCheck replied, I write their answer: "We are not US Vital Records and are not affiliated with them. Please contact them directly for any refunds. "U S VITALRECORDS INFORMED ME THEY DO NOT REFUND OR CANCEL AN ORDER FOR OUR SERVICES AS ALL VITAL RECORD ORDERS ARE REVIEWED AND PROCESSED UPON RECEIPT." NOW I AM OUT $274.00 AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO FOR THE NEEDED DEATH CERTIFICATES.

why was i charged for something i did even do. I was asleep with this was do which was at 3:15 am this morning. i want my money back on my card. I live on a fixed income.

I tried to order a birth certificate to get an id then stopped the process after it told me i needed a valid id lol there is no way to cancel and just got charged 9 bucks for a processing fee and i never completed the app.

You charged $9.00 on credit card this morning and it was NOT authorized. Also you charged 3 times of $9.00 on 4 Apr 2017, I thought that was enough, please stop it. (VCN*LACOUNTY on 05/04/2017 4:18:48 AM EDT).

I have reported the $9 charge for a simple inquiry..next step is placing this on the fraud/scam list. I do not accept the charge, please remove it.

This is an authorized charge from VitalCheck When I requested a certified copy of my marriage certificate, the charge was going to total $39.50 through VitalCheck ($15 for the certificate, $18.50 for shipping and $6 processing fee). I didn't realize I had to get something notarized and the only way to cancel an order was to wait out 15 days and the system automatically does it. The fine print does state the $6 processing fee is non-refundable so that is why a charge appears from VCN LA COUNTY RECORDER

At 3:03 am CT there was a charge of $6.00 dollars and this was UNAUTHORIZED...What is going on I do not live in LA COUNTY.
