I went in for an oil change. They went to take the cap off my air stem on my wheel. They ended up snapping the stem and breaking the $140 piece. They had me go the next day to get it fixed (driving on the highway with a donut) then i came back the next day to be paid cash for the stem they broke...the manager said he isnt responsible for the other 3 even though they were cranking and tugging on them pretty hard (i have a claim in with valvoline already). since this happened I dont feel I should have to pay for the oil change that took longer than expected and made me late for work the next day since I had to drop it off at the body shop.
