Travel Reservations USA is a fraud. They charge your credit card $1.00 which is key for a fraud scam then they double charge your account. In my case two charges of $2127.65 I thought I was using Expedia actual website. But what really happens is this Travel Reservations USA puts a layover onto Expedia making you think you are creating a transaction with them. The Expedia website acts as if it would not accept your credit card and kept blinking back on the dates and telling you that the flights were not available this is a clear sign of an unsecured website. (This is key) the charge on the credit card will show up twice and be from The American Reservation USA but have the phone number of Expedia . Expedia has no record of any transactions. Remember all transactions with travel industry have an itinerary numbers Associated. You will get the runaround a lot at Expedia . Expedia is mainly in the Philippines they don't run under the same website rules as we do in the US . I had to call over 7 times extremely unhappy out 4300.00 and had to cancel my credit card. Please be careful Expedia is not on your side. I hope this helps.

My AMEX card was hacked also in the month of August 2017. They charged a dollar first then bought a plane ticket which AMEX alerted me. AMEX removed the charge and asked if I made a reservation on Expedia. They must know something was wrong.

I charged my AMEX credit with Hotwire to buy travel insurance for a Jet Blue Flight from Fort Laudedale, FL to Bogata, Colombia on February 3, 2016. I checked out this $70,00 charge on my AMEX billing site and found out this charge was paid to Travel Reservation USA, 10190 Covington Cross Dr., Los Vegas, NV. This is not an insurance company. ,

I found this to be appalling! How in the hell, does one of these so called "Name-Brand" lodging websites, for lack of a better term, allow their customers privacy to be terrorized in this way? I know that along with myself, millions of people have put there lively hood on the line due to the level of trust we have in these websites. Now, I have to rethink the way I operate as far as online payments are concerned. Virtual Debit, here I come. Lucky for me I was only guilty of a 100$ deposit, 44$ of that in which I used directly after. However, there are lots of us who weren't so lucky. Get a life, and a soul for that matter CREEPS!

Same thing here. Attempted to purchase airline tickets from what I thought was Expedia's website but, as soon as I finished up everything and hit submit the website gave me a message that said something like "your seats have been sold for this flight, please try other options" or something like that. A few hours later I get an email from Am Ex stating that my card was not present for five charges, one to United Airlines for $1485.06, one to Travel Reservations USA for $21.00, and three more to Travel Reservations USA for $1.00 each. I logged into Am Ex and filed a dispute for the charges. I guess it's wait and see time.

Hello, My name is Felicia Monarrez and I am writing from Comenity/Comenity Capital Bank. I was hoping I could discuss with you the possibility of canceling the order and refunding the cardholder. The card number that was used on the purchase was 4676410008937415. The purchase amount was for approximately 3 charges for $97.The name on the account is Marcie Chin. If you have any questions, I can be reached at this email address or by phone at 800-888-1726 ext 1228251. Thank you for your time and consideration into this matter.

I tried booking a hotel through hotels.com and received an error message and no confirmation email or alert. I however was already charged on my credit card $277.11. After speaking with my credit card company we did a 3 way call with both hotels.com and travel reservation usa who was the one to charge my card. Both kept transferring us elsewhere. Now I have to wait for the charge to hard post my account so I can dispute it and HOPEFULLY get my money back.
