Children ordered a subscription to free realms. Cancelled this subscription twice, the charges continue to appear on my card as "SOE COMMERCE". Would like to go back and get all the previous charges also removed.

Had this transaction appear today. I have nothing to do with Sony so immediately i knew it was fraud. Got my card cancelled and chopped so this transaction does not occur again. Filled in the forms with the bank and got it reimbursed. Lucky i caught it right away.
Signed up for one month non recurring and you have been taking money out monthly. Unauthorized! Cancel now and refund the unauthorized money you have been charging! I have been receiving TWO CHARGES PER MONTH! Since 2/22/2013.
This is terrible. My 8 year old created so many accounts, I can't find the one with the charge card to cancel. Sony offers no easy way to cancel so I keep contesting it with the credit card company for a refund each month. Thank you BillGuard for flagging this each month.

I signed up for the premium subscription to Planetside2 Back in January. However, I signed up specifically for one month. I did not ask for a recurring Subscription, hell I even cancelled it after 1 month.

THE REST OF THE CHARGES ARE UNAUTHORIZED UNTILL THIS MOMENT,I ONLY PURCHASE $12.99 ON 05/26/13 AND $5.00 ON 05/27/13. THAT`S ALL, AND THE REST IS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.
