On my May 26 I was charged $37 twice for parking at your facility TOWNE PARK LTD-0395QPS. Machine did not take Credit card and I had to pay with Cash. There was no Attendant. Now I'm seeing this charge on my credit card as well. I have receipt to prove the cash transaction on the same day. Please reverse charge ASAP and let me know.

On May 26, 2016 I was charged twice for parking at your facility TOWNE PARK LTD-0395QPS. The amount was $37 for parking there that day. The machine did not take my credit card and the gate did not open. There was no Attendant and I had to pay with Cash. And now I'm seeing this charge on my credit card statement as well. I'm requesting you reverse the double charge. I have the receipt that proves it was a cash transaction on the same date. Please reply ASAP. Thank you.
