I've never heard of this company before. I don't have anything to do with a music subscription of any kind (from any company) and have no idea how these people got my credit card number. A $0.01 charge from them showed up on my credit card bill June 5 2015, which just appears to be an obvious (fraudulent) attempt to see if my card number is good. I had my credit card account number changed before they could charge my account.
I cancelled this membership in June. In fact I called Rhapsody customer service to refund 2 months overcharge. This amount is the third. I thought the problem was handled, obviously not!
Was charged for past 2 months with a strange email account. Called them and cancelled. Was told to call bank about getting refunded back. Called bank, they are refunding me and issuing a new card. Thanks, BillGuard!

It appears to be an online charge to my Discover from Micro Center Fairfax Va on 3/17 and posted 3/19. This is not a purchase I made,ever-not my charge.

I believe I once had an account with Rhapsody years ago - a trial account - that I canceled immediately. All of the sudden, month's later I have a charge for 14.99 in my account. I haven't visited the site in at least 10 months and would like this resolved please!
