I've getting my credit card billed for unauthorized billing in the amount of $69.95. I did not authorize this and am requesting to stop charging my credit card Immediately. I applied for a on time fee and did not agree to and monthly charges. I tried to call and was on hold for 15 minutes then it said " unable to connect due to upgrading the system. This is BS and I will call my credit card company and disput the charges and I am requesting full refund on the monthly charges!

I ordered this product in February. I have yet to receive anything form them. They have been charging my credit card $69.95 each month. I finally got in touch with someone named Dakota who has cancelled my order. When I spoke with him, he said I had agreed to a monthly charge of $49.95. I believe I was to be charged once. Since I have not received anything from this company, I'd like a full refund. Tell me how I get that.

I've getting my credit card billed for unauthorized billing in the amount of $69.95. I have contacted the billing company as well as my bank, but this is a shame, I do not expect my bank paying transactions that are requested by someone else. I will keep you in touch

I didn't receive any videos or such things in that nature. Within two weeks I have got charged twice, for what I really don't know. I would like a full refund of my money back to my card.

I had an unauthorized transaction from pau-pay.com on January 31. I'm not sure how they obtained my information. The charge was for $69.95. I'm filing fraud paperwork with my bank.

A most unscrupulous company. I did authorise a transaction for the purchase of videos from this company but outside of their lengthy terms and conditions, NOWHERE was it indicated that it was a subscription service. Consequently, my card was charged an additional 5 times. AVOID this company.

I bought videos for $ 69.95 . Then I noticed that I was being billed monthly . These transactions not authorised , So disputed them . I was told I had to unsubscribe , so I did and yet I am still being billed monthly for $ 69.95 Not happy . Keep well away from them .

After filing a claim with my bank and doing some more digging, this is a company that offers advice on how to "pick up" people in order to date them. I have never even heard of this website it infuriates me that somehow this creepy company got a hold of my account information. I am filing a complaint with the bbb, reporting fraudulent transactions as well. This is ridiculous!

i was just charged 69.95 and did not sign up for anything and want it cancled. i went to my bank and had them change my bank card and reverse charge,

Go to pua-pay.com. There is a contact number 1-855-696-1379. Call it. They will refund your last month subscription charge and cancel your subscription.

I purchased materials online on January 1, 2013. While I authorized a ONE TIME charge, the merchant has repeated the charge on or around the 15th of every month through May for a total of five unauthorized charges.
Please cease these unauthorized charges. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. If it continues, I shall persist in disputing the charges and consider legal action as necessary.
