I live in CA and I recieved an unauthorized charge on my credit card for the NYCT EASYPAY Program. It took me 1/2 hour on hold to get through to enquire what was happening. They told me to fax my credit card report and they would "investigate". That was several days ago and I have no response, and no way to call in without the long hold time. No apology and so far no refund of the $s.

On Tuesday January 8,2013 , payed my powerbill by using easypay siebel and I was charged twice for 140.00 I have tried calling progress energy and I am getting nothing but a run around please put the money back onto my card. account # 19576 35283. I called my card holdr and they reported that I was charged twice for the same amount and one of them are pending please release my money.

I have an unauthorized charge on my credit card and the funny part is the credit card that is charged is the one that I never use!
