On Friday evening, March 22, they tried to put through a little $1.00 charge. My bank alerted me and so I tried to reach Probiller by phone to find out what it was for. THEY DON'T ANSWER ANY OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS! First you're told you have 2 callers ahead of you; then one caller; then zero callers ahead of you. And there it stays. A recorded voice just keeps on interjecting, "you have zero callers ahead of you", I waited like 10 minutes. No one picks up. Exact same thing happens with other numbers. Then, this morning (Saturday, Mar 23) I get an alert from my bank that Probiller tried to put through $29 charge. My bank declined it and my card is cancelled. Nice try Probiller, but only the best scammers get to be Starkist Tuna. This is not an aberration. It is a pattern of behavior with this company. PROBILLER IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. Let's stop this shit by working together, everybody do one small thing.
