I have been charged at least twice at a cost of £26.64 for something I have never ordered or had pay back a total of £54.28 I never purchase games that cost money do this now

I wanted a one time/one month subscription for my 6yr old granddaughter while she was visiting from NY this past August. I only wanted this game for her for 30 days and paid for it. They then bill my bank account for Sept. and Oct. and I cannot afford this and no one in my home is using this. I appreciate whatever you can do to help me, if you cannot help I will have to change my bank account number.
