The charge was erroneous to that of the free trial offer, of which I have not had five days of, let alone the request for credit card information was falsely presented in order to get the information that would NOT have been provided otherwise. I was told in writing that nothing would be charged to the credit card and I have been charged $39.95 for the recurring months of September, October,November,and December of 2012 and now also January of 2013. I am disputing all charges, and I want these charges restored to my account immediately as it was an act of fruad and will be considered an act of theft if not resolved in a full refund of services not rendered or wanted, rather taken unlawfully from an account not authorized for this charge. This I hope is in full details regarding the charges being made and any further charges that may be placed therein, is an act of fruadulent conduct and nothing more, as it is a crime and will be seen as such. respectfully submitted herein,
Never authorized any payment. Never gave my bank information. $79.90 usd was removed from my bank account. I have never even heard of this site. I don't even play computer games. I would like a full refund
I have a 40$ charge on my account from this website, and i want my money back. i never signed up for an account or ever game my credit card number either. I want my money back asap
Two charges of 47.95 usd and one 1$ were done. One on feb 28th and one on march 30th. My wife can barely understand enough english to play facebook games. She downloaded nothing from this site. No receipt even sent or anything. they just took the money and ran.
Nestgame was not given a account number to bill to bet yet they acquired my bank card number and charged me $80.00 ..talk about a game I am very disatisfied and want my money which was stolen from my account returned.
No subscription or game was purchased ....charged for game in Feb. and March I want these charges to stop and to be re embursed the 79.90 charges Previous complaints seem to indicate this is a common practice by Nestgame.
Ad did not indicate that recurring charge would be made. Also charged before trial period ended.I would like this subscription stopped immediately and the March 2012 payment refunded. Thank you

This charge showed up on my credit card statement and I never nor anyone in my house hold has signed up for computer games. I think that someone got my credit card number and used it. I need the e-mail address and the account holder's name so I can give it to my credit card company for further action. I want this removed from my statement.
I signed up for a free trial period and when I tried to use it I was unable to access the game. I called and was told they were having trouble with the system to try again. I did try and still not able to get on. When I looked at my account they had billed 1.00 to my credit card and I want to have this charge removed and cancel this subcription. Thank you

The web page said there would be a charge if I down loaded something but I never down loaded anything and your page froze up on me so I exited out and haven't got on it again not very happy with this type of shenanigans!!!!!
I also was told no charge, and then when I got to the page it was temporarily out of service. I called and was told to try again. I didn't think I was going to get charged for anything! What a scam

Please refund this money please my son took my card anbd phone without my authorization and i cannot afford this charge. apparently he hasnt used any services with this company and you can check this. He has been advised not to do this again and please refund my money 50.00 new zealand not sure what the us charge is?
