Microsoft appears to have forgotten why they charged me this amount. After a lengthy investigation, none of them are able to provide a purchase to support the transaction.

billingbill.ms.net has been deducting different amounts from my debit card on a few occasions since Dec. 2013 all adding up to $214.57. I have NO idea what I'm being charged for and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I have $32.39 charge on credit card, and have been on hold with Microsoft folks for over 1/2 hour. Now I'm hold with their special "accounts and billing team!" I provided date of charge, amount and full credit card number (it's not like they didn't already have it)! The only thing I can think of, is that I donated to Indie Go Go account two days before, and they kipped my credit card number. I will be closing out this account, and challenging credit card charges.

After research I found out that the charges on my account were for online games that I had authorized my son to purchase for my grandson. I hope this helps someone in figuring out their charges. :)

I think I have everyone beat on this one! I received my credit card statement for the month of December, and it had a charge for $956.09. I had not purchased, signed up for or authorized any purchase like this one. I use this card for office product purchases for my business and I am a sole proprietor business. In other words, I am the only one who handles the card and there is only one card. I needed to call the credit card company to close the account and then have another card issued to me. I see all the possibilities listed that the charge could be for, but I definitely have none of those services. I will check this and other statements for accuracy in the future, for sure, good luck.

What mine ended up being was an offset charge from a refund but Live was due around that time so the refund was put toward the bill and then I was charged the remaining to equal the total due for xbox live.

I have an unauthorized charge of $48.99 on my credit card from MSFT *BILLING BILL.MS.NET WA with a transaction date of 11/30/13. Microsoft was unable to find the transaction and told me to go to my bank and dispute the it. What a pain!

I guess I outnumbered the charges: mine is $318.70 which I never authorized and which I just saw on my bank account. Microsoft was unable to find the transaction and wasn't useful in resolving the issue. Negotiations with the bank are pending till after tomorrow. Not the funniest way to start a new year.

I was looking at my statement and bank account the other day to record and budget my check book, when to my surprise I found two charges to Microsoft that my husband and I never heard of nor asked for!! We never ever used our debit card for any thing that cost $70.00! I will now investigate and find out about this mess! We are mad that someone thinks they have the right to charge us and take our money when not asked to! We will have to change our debit card to a new one I guess.

charges on my credit card 2 months in a row for $3,22. I have no idea what this is for and though a small amount, I don't care. They will probably charge me again. I have upgraded my Mahjong game for $1.99. What is this for; I will NOT pay it until they explain what it is,

I was charged $150.14 for Offer ID - DG2383GNM, by Microsoft Store BILL.MS.NET WA PS 005SXSFRX78776967786, paid by Visa on 11/13/2013 for Microsoft Office for my laptop. It is not working. I have called several times, and have been transferred from one rep to another for hours, without any solution. I am looking for 25 digit Product Key, that was sent earlier and probably removed erroneously from my e-mail. Please provide me with the Product Key Number. Or otherwise if the transaction appears to be FRAUD, I will cancel the Visa payment and report it to the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau, if not resolved immediately.
