I noticed a charge on my VISA 4170 9426 6481 9942 card. I believe that I may have purchased Microsoft Word. This was for a new computer, which had security issues and crashed. Therefore, I was unable to install the product immediately. When I tried to install the program later, I realized that I didn't have the necessary code number. Please email the code number so that I can download the program.

To Patricia , Why in the world you would put your whole credit card number on here for everyone to see! You need to cancel that card and get a new one right away or some lowlife will run up your card to the limit or more ! Concerned !

MSFT *BILLING BILL.MS.NET WA charged $59.99 to my card on 10/05/14. I haven't purchased anything from Microsoft. I googled MSFT *BILLING BILL.MS.NET WA and it sent me into a live chat and they were requesting me to give them access to remotely access my computer! They are NUTS! This is our main business card, now I have to go through the complete headache of getting a new card. UGH!

i just got charged 21.77 twice and the only thing i purchased was a frenzy pack for tetris blitz for 4.99. Whats going on, if this is whats going to happen im getting rid of my windows phone.

I was charged the same amount yesterday, 10/28/24, twice. RBS (credit card) called me and is taking the charges off. I have had no dealings with these people and have bought nothing in person or on line yesterday. RBS is sending me a new card as my old one has been compromised. From what I am seeing on line, this is a total scam/pfishing and if you find any such charges, you should change your passwords and get a new card.

MSFT*BILLING BILL.MS.NET WA MSFT charged my card four times for $79.99 each. I don't even have an xbox nor do I down load music. They took me for $320 total. Fraudenlent charges!!!!! How is this happening?

I muss Report that in the last bill from my Visa I had a Charge von 15.00 SwissFrancs but I didnt buy anything from Microsoft. I remember another time when it was also such an amount, but i dont have the Transactions Details anymore. I want an end to this game. I dont know who is responsible for it but I can see I am not the only one who has the same Problem. PLEASE REFUND! BECAUSE IT WAS DEFINITIVELY NOT AUTHORIZED! AND I HOPE IT IS THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENS! MSFT WINDOWS STORE BILL.MS.NET 29.08.2014 (CHF12.00) and 02.09.2014 (CHF 3.00).

I had a 71.12 charge on my account. I never purchased anything from Microsoft. Just found this a few minutes ago. I will be contacting my bank, the police and possibly a lawyer if more charges are found, new fees appear or my money is not refunded. J. Travline [email protected]

Why is this so hard? If the charge was not authorized go to your bank or financial institution. 1st contact your bank or credit card tell them you have an unauthorized charge. 2nd request that your bank debit card or credit card number be changed as it has been compromised; wouldn't want more mysterious charges appearing later.

I found a charge under this website name on my Visa card of $145.59. I did not order anything from the microsoft store. I did not authorize the business to bill anything to my credit card. I did have a chat on line with a tech from what I thought was microsoft, and allowed him access to my computer to assist me with setting up my e-mail account. When he suggested that he could clean my computer of various harmful files, I refused his offer and logged off the site. I am very disappointed in how this turned out. I demand that you credit the full amount of $145.59 back to my Visa account immediately. I will report you for fraud if this does not occur withing 7 days. Valinda Lolley

MSFT *BILLING BILL.MS.NET WAUS - There have been many transaction over 3 months that add up to a total of 229.39. None of these are authorized. We did not notice this until the bank suspended our card for fear of fraud.

It's not Microsoft. Microsoft can't help you. I called this number 800-386-5550 and spoke with a gentleman who wasn't too customer friendly and was cognizant of the fact that I was calling about possibly being scammed. The first question he asked after I explained the situation was "can I have the card number?" I laughed at that. The fact that this has been going on for years shows that Microsoft doesn't care about your money being taken, that is true. I'm going to my bank on tuesday to have my cards cancelled. Also resetting all my passwords. I suggest anyone reading this do the same. I foolishly linked things to my bank, instead of a credit card, which is easier to submit fraud claims with (because it's all fake aka digital currency anyway). Lesson learned.

I had this charge on my bill recently as well. I came here to research it and I just have to say that I could not believe my eyes. You people are all idiots posting your user names, cc last 4 digits, complete phone numbers, home addresses, and tons of other personal info. Wow.. just wow. Think maybe that's how you got hacked in the first place? To the person with the Magic Puzzles, do you even realize what web site you are on? Finally, to everyone saying that this charge is from Microsoft, maybe in your case it was but the whole point here is that it is supposed to LOOK like a Microsoft transaction. The charge that I had looked identical to what is listed above except it had the phone number 1800MSBILL1 listed below it. If you don't think this is fraud, call that number yourself.

A new case from Spain. Yesterday 23:30 hour. (Spain) Within 30 minutes: They have made ​​two unauthorized charges on my credit card in the amount of: € 70.08. Msft; bill.ms.net Charge of 9.99 was on our account. We immediately took off our card fRom Microsoft. We want our money back fRom this we did NOT authorize Such a transaction. One more time we will NEVER use a Microsoft product again.

Starting in Jan 2014 a monthly charge of $12.00 ( Jan '14 $12, Feb '14 $12, Mar '14 $12 ) has been charged to the credit card I used to purchase my Surface 2. This charge is coming from ONLINEBILL.MS.NETWA. This is an unauthorized charge that, by reading other testimonials, has occurred to numerous other persons and over an extended period of time. It seems to me that a company as large as Microsoft should be able to handle/eliminate this problem. That is assuming you are interested in customer service after the sale.
