I ordered a one year subscription for the Life Extension magazine on January 1, 2018. The $19.95 was held out of my account on January 2, 2018. To todays date, I have not yet received any magazine from your company. Today is March 12th and I feel that enough time has passed, that I should have received my first magazine. Your company did now waste any time in cashing in on my payment on this order. At the time of placing my order, I had in mind ordering from you again, but you would need to fix THIS problem before I would ever consider doing that.

$10 debit from my account on 6/28/17 then issued a credit for $10 on 6/30/17. I've never bought a magazine subscription in my life. I called BOA on 7/2/17 and reported it as possible fraud and they issued me a new card. Took about 5 min on the phone including wait time and new card on the way.

I have been charged $30 on 2 different credit cards without my authorization. This scammer needs to be stopped.

I have been charged 3 times over the last year and a half for a magazine, I only wanted once. I didn't mind the magazine, so I didn't fight it, but it is ridiculous that they can charge me $29.99 without even an email saying "we are renewing your subscription." I'll be calling tomorrow, for sure.

I've been calling them for days, left 2 messages. Nothing. I ordered Barrel Horse News a year ago and now they just automatically took out money for another year and I do not want it again.

Stole debit card number and charged over $127 in magazines. Cancel your debit card ASAP. Also put through a charge in great Britain and a body building place? Debit number stolen while at Nashville car show used at go Greek events place.

They once again sent out a subscription that I cancelled and charged my credit card

I was charged 21.95 on my debit card... I have called them 2 times, they said they would return the money and send me an e-mail confirmation. I have not gotton an e-mail from them and will call and cancel my card tomorrow...
