I travel from /to Mill Hill Broadway Station to Surrey Sutton on the First Capital Connect Train (formally), renamed to Thameslink. I buy my train tickets from Mill Hill Broadway ticket office or sometimes from Sutton ticket office. I have never been to Luton train station or Luton. I noticed on my credit card statement that Luton OTS has taken out £39 on 02/06/2014. I have called my bank and asked for explanation but have had no luck yet.
I have traveled on the First Capital Connect Train from Kentish Town station to Luton Parkway (airport) on 18th of Febuary 2014 and paid my fee (£14.40) with my debit card at Luton station because the ticket office at Kentish was closed. I was alerted when only today 4th of April 2014, I noticed on my on line bank statement,the above amount was debited(taken out). Phoned the bank and they are investigating, but just now I have found the receipt of the referred transaction,It pays to keep receipts for a long while.But why it took so long for the transaction to be processed?
I've been charged £38 for god knows what. Just found luton OTS appear in my bank statement.. I didn't use my card in Luton so very confused and disappointed. Someone please help
