I am being charged 19.95 a month for service which was not authorised. I only authorised 1.00 for a one time look up. Please reverse these charges back to my account 2 months so far being charged. Thank you

I DID NOT authorize additional charges that has been deducted each month for two months. I was told it would be a one time charge. I would like to be reimbursed for two months at $19.95 each.

The monthly fee taken from my credit card was never authorized. I want credit for the $19.95 montly for all the months returned to my credit card.

This company has been charging me an unauthorized charge every month since January when I looked at their free services but declined their charged sevices. My bank called to check on these charges as they believed them to be fraudulant. They are checking into this company as we speak and want my money returned immediately but as I see from others here this is not happenng. The dates are 1/31,3/4,4/1,5/1,6/1. Only one date can be entered below but I expect reimbursement for all 5.

What are you folks doing, just found out that you have been taking out $19.95 out of my account for over two years. and did not know of it, no email no notification nothing. you had a one time cheap look to see thing, which I know for sure that I called and said that I was not interested in any other services.....know for sure that you have been taking money out of my account, and not providing a service to me....If you were doing this legit you would be notifing your customers of this service.....What an underhanded way to rip people off, money out of my #SS......money that could be buying food and paying for my legit bills....HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO PEOPLE??????????? I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU HAVE BEEN STEALING FROM ME.........I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY BILLING FROM YOU, LIKE I SAID NOT EVEN EMAIL NOTIFICATION.......AND AGAIN THERE HAS NOT BEEN OR EVER WAS A LEGAL SUBSCRIPTION...

I made one search for $1.95 on 2/3/2013. In looking at my credit card account, I am being charged $19.95 a month which I did not authorize. The charges were on 2/3/2013 for $19.95, on 3/5/2013 for $19.95, and on 4/1/2013 for $19.95. I did not intend to subscribe to their service except for the one time and did not authorize them to bill me monthly for their service.

After a single purchase Intelius SB charged my credit card every month for 6 months. Only the first charge was authorized--the subsequent 5 were theft and fraud.
