There is an unexpected charge to my bank account. I only ordered .49 searches, and this has wiped me out ($49.95). I live on disability $863/mo and my husband just left and stuck me with all the bills. That's why I was trying to find him and his girlfriend. I did not receive any background searches, and the temp passwords you kept sending me did not work. I tried for a week. PLEASE reimburse my card for this amount! Thank you very much.

Never searched for anyone, as I see that is what your website is about. Doing my taxes I found charge on my credit card, $5.41 on 5/27/2012. Thanks for your help.
