I canceled the Trial on the 3rd day. They still charged me $19.95. My bank (USAA) reversed the charge and changed my card number. It's all good now and I didn't get charged for it. They are keep sending me emails saying I have to pay them or my account will close. I just filtered the emails into junk.

We have the confirmation email that it was canceled the same day as my husband signed up. It specifically says that we will never be charged.

This was a one time service, i.e.. unlimited queries for 7 days. I did not know I would be charged every month.

I am getting charged $19.95 monthly for Peoplesmart Services-I don't want the service and don't want to be charged. If these charges don't stop, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for Ohio.

I'm not using the service and they continue to charge my Visa account Many time over. The last date being 6/13/2013 for a total of $29.90 witch includes a charge of $9.95. I also want to know how you manage to get my new Visa number.

This happened to me too! I used the service once & cancelled it right away. I didn't hear from there from over year & all of a sudden, I'm getting monthly charges for March, April, & May 2015. My bank contacted me each time, & i called People Smart. They verified that I have not used their service in over a year & could not explain the charges. I changed my debit card & somehow People Smart got my new info & started making charges! I'm pissed & now have to change my card again & maybe have to close my bank account. What these people do is unfair and outrageous!
