I was going over my statement for my Southwest Card for an IRS audit and realized I was charged $1,880. on 2/29/2012 I have never been or authorized a purchase to Hilton TN

My credit card was used to made a book but i did not make any transactions with them, how can i solve it?

Valid transaction; entered as a prepaid when I was not expecting that. Transaction dates were weird and reservation not for TN, but Hilton was very helpful and pleasant.

I had the same experience. They wanted to charge me 4 times the amount they said. Then they charged me for something I did not request. Have to call in am because they are closed now.

I have found this to be a valid charge for several of our employees. The one thing to watch for is to make sure the hotel does not charge them again when the actual stay occurs. But if this should happen, just call 800-236-7113 and they will refund the duplicate payment.
