I received a message that R345 was deducted from my credit card yesterday. The authorisation was done by GOOGLE Phantom EFX. I never authorised this transaction and I'm extremely concerned that my credit card details have now fallen into the hands of cyber thieves. Please respond ASAP.

I had this exact same thing happen in 2013 and lost everything. They stole 8000 from an unemployment card. 2500 through t mobile and 350 on a separate card. My identity has been stole and i have been told I am a victim of long term identity theft. What ever you do change every password cancel every card. The bank google and t mobile allowed it and my last explanation was that no password was required. Please protect yourself lord knows nobody else does anything but protect themselves! I think flagging it 18 times without freezing the account is unacceptable!

I was charged five separate times on the 11th totaling $20.00 and I uninstalled the app from my phone over a month ago. This last Saturday I ordered in Jackpot Party Casino only one time for the amount of $24.99.When I checked my account in Chase I noticed that you charged twice the amount of $24.99. Please return that amount to my bank or replace the cost. I let you know that it is not the first time that it happen to me and my wife, maybe in the future we have to close this game for the problems that we have. Please take action to this matter as soon as possible

On 22 of this month I ordered in my tablet to play in Jackpot Party Casino for the amount of $49.99 and I never got the dollars that I asked ($1,724,000.00). This is the fourth time that I present my complain, I want you to reimbursement my money or install in my tablet the amount that I paid. Me and my husband play a long time in Jackpot Party Casino, I believe that as old customer must treat me better way. Waiting to hearing from you soon.

This company needs to be shut down they charged over 3000 to my google wallet an when I tried to contact them would not respond an closed all support tickets. In two days theycharged over 1000.00. I have turned in fraud charges an filed police report an am waiting on refund now but be aware efx phantom are thieves!

we have never applied for any type of casino gaming we are small family that struggle with money as it is. it was our entire rent money that was taken and we will be evicted.

This has been a HORRIBLE situation!! we have cancelled our cards called google EFX had them do everything possible or so they said to make sure these charges stop showing on our checking account we have had hundreds upon hundreds of charges show up on our account!! my husband works out of town and we could not cancel our card because he would of been stranded without money so they have taken us for hundreds this is ridiculous!! this site has the worst protection for purchasing on line I have ever came across DO NOT USE GOOGLE EFX!!!! unless you want to be taken !!!!! I am reporting them to the BBB!!!

Did you receive your money back yet? They took almost 4000.00 from me! An phantom just closed the case. Google said yeap looks legit have your bank charge it back! The bank is researching but there is so many charges minutes apart. Something needs to be done google wallet nor the bank froze the account! They allowed this to happen! 38 canceled transactions verifying funds! 40 pages of charges! REALLY thats LEGIT!

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Cedar Falls, IA, Phantom EFX is a game developer and publisher of interactive card and casino entertainment titles for PC and Mac. So basically the charge you see showing up on your bank account/statement is from a deposit you made with one of the companies casinos.
