We have found unreguested sevice and charge of £42.05p taken from my account. Not happy and will ensure any further requests from this company are refused by my bank. Further to this complaint I will be persueing a refund and consider this transaction illegal.

This charge is for software called "Undercover" for Mac laptops to track thieves that might steal your Mac. It is a legitimate charge for the software in the amount of $39 for a single user student license. It is $49 if you are not a student and a household license for up to 5 Macbooks is $59. This is a one time fee for the software. Their website is www.orbicule.com/undercover.
