No idea how this even got started or how long it's been going on. This is an account I don't really use anymore, and suddenly I'm getting monthly charges on it. This is ridiculous.

I have ordered flowers before and not been charged anything. Now for the last two months I am being charged on my VISA $9,99 a month! Is this legal and do I need to seek legal advice? Also, when you ask to Chat w/an expert Online they want to charge you a $l.00 REALLY!

Blooms has been charging an unauthorized 9.99 to my debit card for three months now. I tried to reach them, but can't get an answer. My bank is very cooperative and is going to stop the recurring charges for me.
