Fraudulent charges on my credit card I want to check my PayPal card that is on auto pay and lo and behold there they were FFNHELP.COM. Three months of fraudulent charges.They charged me $24.95 and then $59.95 On the same day 3 different times!!! I am on a set income to say I'm pissed would be putting it mildly. How do these asshats get away with this.Never heard of them!!
This charge was unauthorized, I have to wait for the transaction to clear and then fight this charge...Also learn how I triggered it to avoid it in the future....
FFNHelp.com is a load of crap. I called to cancel the $202.80 charge to my credit card and spoke with a rude customer service representative. When I challenged him for yelling at me and requested a supervisor, he claimed he was one and if I didn't want to speak with him, I could hang up. I reiterated that I wanted to speak with a manager or supervisor, because I was not going to accept his rude and unprofessional comments and he hung up on me. Please beware! This is not a company that you want to get involved with. If this is how they handle a simple phone call, I would question everything else involved with the company.
