There is a $180.63 charge on my Amex bill. it states Directv Hardware DTV hardware.. I was not to be charged for any hardware. Amex is also looking into this.

I have a charge of $158.98 for Direct TV on my debit card. I don't have Direct TV and never ordered it. They said they will 'research' it and allow them 10 business days. Card has been cancelled, and was told to contact police and report the fraud.

I just reviewed my bank statement on-line and found that a charge of $79 plus change was being deducted from my account for DirectTV. I have never had service with directtv, my mother and I have been DISH customers for several years. I am going to follow through with my complaint with all pertinent agencies.

Make sure to contact your local district attorney's office as I have asked for them to subpoena DirecTv to see if a class action lawsuit is warranted.

This showed up twice on my statement both listed as DTV*DIRECTV SERVIC / 800-347-3288 CAUS : POS Transaction. one for $500.00 and another for $113.30, TOTAL FRAUD!
