I had a charge on my credit card on February 7th 2014 from DRI*JAWBONE, I have never heard of this company nor did I order anything from them. I notified my credit card company as soon as I saw the charge and at first they removed the charge. Then they stated that they would reinstate the charge if the merchant resubmits , which they did. My credit card notified me on March 17th 2014 that the merchant did in fact resubmit the charge and they are going to reinstate the charge on my account again! My credit card company said they'll be mailing me their supportive evidence. Now I have to show supportive evidence that I didn't make this charge!
How the heck did this happen, I thought my credit card company was on my side!
Noticed a charge on my credit account on March 2, 2014 from Dri*Jawbone. Never heard of the company so after doing some research I found out they have doing this other people other then myself also. I immediately notified my credit card company about the charge and what I had found out. They investigated and told me that Dri*Jawbone has supporting evidence for the charge and they recharged my account for the charge and told me I would have to prove I did not purchase the merchandise/service they provided. How do I do that!!!! My credit card company should know better from the history on my account. I have never purchase merchandise/services like that since I've been with them (ten years).
Noticed a charge on my credit card from this company that I never heard of nor do I use any kind of the products they represent. Notified my credit card company and they claim Dri*Jawbone came up with supportive evidence for the charge and now I have to prove I did not make this purchase. How the heck do I do that!!!!
This is total fraud! The day any company can make up any documentation to charge anyones account is totally scary and a credit card company that you've been with for years and knows from the account history that you have never ever ordered merchandise or services from any company of this kind is the worst!
