My Visa card was charges with 119 zl/pl for DRI AVAST SOFTWARE AVAST C 18/06/13 for that I did not order. Please do the right thing. Cancel the order, return my 119 zł back into m accont.

I am being debited for this software which I didn't want. Please credit it back into my checking account. I am not sending the account number, since you debited it, I'm assuming you have it. I do not want the software. I didn't receive a 'do you want to renew' request or I would have said no thanks, I had retried this software a few years ago and found I don't need this software. Had an E-mail from Digital River .I opened it to see what it was ,when I didn't see anything I was interested in,I deleted it. Four hours later I'm checking my bank account for the day and find I have been charged $54.11 for DRI Avast. I would like my money back.

A charge was put on my Discover card for Dri*Avast software on Feb 15, 2017. Don't want this and don't know what it is. Please refund my $42.51 as soon as possible or I will be contacting card company to make a complaint.

I tried to get Avast tech support two months after paying $29.00. Avast claimed no record of account. They had my $29.00 on my credit card. Now they want me to renew. Should I trust them?

I have a charge on my VISA for this month of $179.99! I have used avast in the past for free. I have not a trace of this on my computer. My Visa account was billed 144.97€ on 7/8/14 with transaction id 352000024 for a product that I don't use and I didn't order (DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE ORDERFIND.COM) Please cancel the order, return 144.97€ back into my visa account.

I received my credit card statement for a charge of $39.99 for this purchase which I did not order, nor did I get an email stating renewal. I have a new MAC and this product is not needed. Please contact me as soon as possible. I keep calling and there isn't a real person to talk to, all they ask is for some number.... I told Chase Card Services I didn't order same and I'm not paying for this charge.

Just seen a charge from Avast for some software that I have not purchased and don't understand how they have been able to take a payment from my card through PAYPAL... not good....but in a dispute so will hopefully get this refunded..you are they?

I do not appreciate you using my credit card without authorization. Yes, I paid April, 2013, and you started bugging me Nov. 2013. I paid $37.18 that you charged me May 9, 2014. I should get a year protection. Today May 13, I cannot read my email. Please fix that. If you cannot, please return it back to my credit card. Otherwise I will close my credit card.

this is junk...scam....had the real AVAST antivirus software and thought I was renewing my plan... Gonna request a dispute from my card to have the money returned...suggest all others do too.

My Visa account was billed 59.99 on 1/17/14 for a product that is to difficult [ by design I suspect ] to be downloaded. I've read plenty of the same complaints. I tried your product in good faith. Please do the right thing. Cancel the order, return 59.99 back into my account and we can all start moving forward in Life, not backward.
