On January 2, 2015 my husband (Wolfgang Weissmann) and I handed our luggage to men at the curbside at LAX airport. We were asked if we wanted upgraded seating on our flight back to Milwaukee (through Houston) and we said, yes. My bank statement shows they charged me $40.44 each (total $80.88) for the upgrades. However, we received no upgraded seating. I would like my money returned. Our flights that day were UA 5169 (through Houston) and UA 169 (on to Milwaukee). I fear I have been scammed. But we would be so pleased to receive credit for these upgraded seats that we never received.
