Never signed up for crunchyroll, charged my account $41 and am having trouble disputing it with the bank and with crunchyroll. When you call the phone number for them it directed me to their website to contact them through an email.
I have been charged 3 times for a free service which I canceled 3 months ago, I would like a full refund for all 3 months and canceled...I do not want anymore service to be charged to mm paypal. Thank You!!!
I cancelled this Stupid membership two months ago, and you have yet to stop charging my account. I'll tell you what though, if you take one more unauthorized cent out of my account you will be hearing from my lawyer and we can take this matter to court. Handle this NOW!!
I sign up for crunchy roll on my playstation and put my info but when I go back and log in to cancel it says my account doesn't exist and I was charged for it and I want the charges to stop and completely take me out of their system!!!
I started a free-trial with them. After the free-trial was up they started charging me 11.29 every month. What a fricking scam. The worst selection of anime are on there and after their "free" trial they charge you without permission or any notifications that they're going to do so at the end of your trial. AVOID CRUNCHYROLL!
