I always check my accounts on line whenever I charge something. On Dec 24 we ate out so I checked Christmas day and notice a charge for $962.29 by Compania Pan CM MOJDOL Tulsa OK but it was still waiting authorization by the bank so I phone and they shut my credit card down. When the bank contacted me by mail the charge showed it was to COPA ARC Hagert MD. They also tested my card by making a 9.99 cent charge which was approved right away so they knew the card was good. They used the internet and my three digit pin on the back. The only charge I used the card before Christmas Eve was a Hertz rental in Mexico. I am going to cover the new pin with masking tape when I get the new card. All they have to do is flip your card over for a quick glance. Anyone can do that, even at the supermarket with you standing right in front of them. As the purchase was not yet authorized I am sure the bank was only out the $9.99 that was approved. Best bet is cover up the pin on the back.

I received a charge of $1003 from COPA ARC HAGERTOWN MD ##nnnn and disputed with my bank credit card dept and it was reversed. Looks like my credit card was skimmed - lesson - never let go of your card, no matter what - go with it to the terminal.

My Cap1 card was charged 3 times by COPA ARC, but their fraud dept. caught it and notified me. Numbers on my CC bill were 7509753073 and added the HAGERTOWNMD to the end. Interestingly, they also included the PSGR: (which I am assuming is passenger) JEANPIERRE/BEETHAUVE

On may 21 copa arc hagertown 7339078603 they charged to my credit card $634.90!!!!!! What is going on with this situation??????

The COPA ARC HAGERTOWN US (different 10 digit code) fraudulent charge appeared on my statement just hours before I was contacted that my card had been compromised. Waiting for investigation, not hopeful based on how often this is obviously happening.

In Sept 2013, COPA ARC HAGERTOWN appeared on our credit card statement reflecting airfare for a family member to return home from a stay in Chile. It was a legitimate charge. The charge was not followed by a number as reported above by others.

I got charged on my Master Card 6 times totaled over US$4,000 in early January at this place and now waiting for the investigation from the card issuer. Not sure how do they get the card information as this is a newer card which the last time I used was in November, 2013.

Fucked also. charge of 950€, nothing to do with it; but it said COPA ARC HAGERTOWN US00001 in my case

COPA is an Argentina airline
ARC signifies that what is to follow is an Airline Reconcilable agency
7037188715 is the airline ticket number associated with the CC charge
AIRLI2157142094 would signify a ticket issued by a carrier and the ticket number Southwest would be an example
