I discovered the same thing, however after I called them and talekd to them, I remembered that I had a couple years ago, paid for a membership to find out more info on a high-school reunion. Their auto-billing kicked in just recently (after 2 years and a forgotten cancelleation, by me). So long and short is you can call them at 1-206-301-5900 and get the billing dept. I went through sales, but they they helped and just forwarded the call through...

I am trying to cancel this membership and every time I put in my email address I am told it doesnt exist, yet you continue to charge my account and this has resulted in over draft charges from my bank. I want to cancel immediately and I want my money back for the last 6 months you have been charging me for something I do not want

I too found a charge of $15 from classmates memory that I did not authorize. How do you get them to credit it back to my card?

I have requested a number of times for the deductions from my account to stop over the past year. I would like a refund and no further fraudulent charges to my bank account. I will be reporting this issue to my bank. I have also requested a number of times for any subscription to be cancelled.

Without my authorization or knowledge, I was charged $39 for a service that I did not registered for. I have been charged $15 monthly for months and let it slide. Again, I never registered for your services. Not only do I want the $39 refunded to my account, I want all the charges previously debited to my account refunded. What kind of exploitive scam service are you running? Judging from other "members" comments, I am in good company. Maybe we all should get together and file a civil suit against you. I want all my money back. If this matter is not settled quickly, you will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

My credit card was charged without my authorization and when I went to the site to try to find out what happened, it says the system does not recognize my login information, and there is no customer service number posted to call for help.

No person in my household has signed up or had any business dealings with "Classmates", yet somehow they have illegally obtained and billed my debit card. I have spent over an hour of my time on the phone with promised responses and reimbusement but as of yet there is no response. This is scary and there is no way I will let this matter rest.

I do not recall subscribing to a monthly charge of $15 per month for this membership.
I have been billed $15 per month since 12/2012.
I should have caught this earlier,but at this point I want it cancelled immediately and do not want to pay for the $15 due on 07/10//2013.
I have been trying for a month now trying to cancel this service and hav made numerous calls to classmates(206 301 5900) only to be put on hold sometimes as long as 30 minutes.
