I also signed on for a one month 37.00 fee, upon inspection of my credit card statement I have been billed every month since 37.00! Sneaky charges and hidden cancelation policies or terms that are misleading to consumer are still fraudulent!

You have charged me 39.00 on April 29,2017. I DID NOT authorize this charge. I have never heard of, don't know who you are or anything. I am notifying you to tell you to give me a credit of $39.00 immediately or I am going to sue you!!! I don't know who you are but I know that if you don't refund my money immediately I am going to contact my attorney!!!

We signed up for three months at $45.50. Did not want a recurring bill. Now three months later we have a $57 charge. No contact information!

Like many others, I have been duped/ripped off by Care.com. I signed for the 3 month subscription and did not follow my credit card statement as they continued to charge me for an additional four months. The web site also does not make it easy to cancel.

This is a fraudulent site. If you phone them they will tell you its not them taking the money out of the account. I signed up for a nanny service to find employment and it was to be a one time fee. $20 is being taken every month now. You must phone your bank and stop the card so they can't continue to debit the account. You can also submit a fraud charge to start an investigation with your bank to reclaim fees. Grrrrrrr!

I did not authorize the $20.00 charge on my Sam's Club Bill I did not catch it when I paid on line to Sams Club.

I had the same problem. I know that when I signed up they made it seem like a one month charge. You can cancel through the website. I'm so angry.

If you sign up for their premium service and don't cancel in time they will bill you $70!! It is legitimate so you have to be careful.
