I recently purchased my iPhone 5 at Best Buy. They talked me into getting a form of "insurance" to cover my phone should ANYTHING happen to it. This is the charge that is being applied monthly $16.01 for this purpose.

I bought my iPhone 4s at a Best Buy mobile through Sprint and they take out the $10.69 monthly. Being in my early 20's living on my own I need to keep track of my money. I don't allow ANYTHING to come out of my account automatically, no matter the case. When I signed up for my phone, no one ever mentioned this "protection" fee. I never know when it is going to hit my account and the charge almost over drafted me. I'm on the phone with Best Buy and they can't even find my information to cancel this charge.

I apologize for my delayed response. I’m taking a closer look at your receipt and I’m seeing the purchase of two smartphones and two monthly plans. We should be billing you twice in that amount every month to collect payment on the two plans. Please note that they are charged individually

BestBuy GSP MT00015784 RICHFIELD MN I'm also wondering about charges that came up on my bank statement (re: BestBuy GSP MT00015784 Richfield MN). I received 9 separate charges in the amount of $10.46 each. They read as CHECK CARD purchases. I've never authorized any of these charges and don't know what they're for. Who can I contact about this?
